Jeff leads Primary's capital markets team, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience.
Prior to joining Primary, Jeff led his own independent advisory practice - Ilios Advisors - specializing in data center platform M&A for PE and family office sponsors. Prior to that, Jeff was a Partner at Townsend Group, where he spent nearly 16 years leading direct investment sourcing, execution, and capital formation for a wide range of institutional investors. Jeff led capital raising and portfolio management for multiple Townsend flagship funds, developed and launched over 10 institutional and retail products, and spearheaded the firm's deal syndication practice. As the firm's digital infrastructure lead, he also led investment sourcing and diligence on approximately 10 GW of data center assets and platform deals.
Jeff is a CFA Charterholder, and received his B.S. in Finance from Miami University's Farmer School of Business in Oxford, Ohio.
