Andrew oversees all legal, regulatory, and transactional functions and leads the firm’s corporate development initiatives. He is responsible for structuring joint ventures, executing strategic investments, and managing legal operations across Primary’s data center investment platform.
Prior to joining Primary, Andrew served as SVP of Corporate Development & General Counsel of Infomart Data Centers, where he was instrumental in the company’s development and growth from 2014 through its successful sale in 2018. At Infomart, he played a key role in strategic transactions, customer agreements, data center development, and capital structuring for a national portfolio that included the flagship Infomart Dallas. He has also advised infrastructure funds, developers, and technology companies on data center investments and high-density, AI-ready deployments across the country.
Andrew holds a BA from Emory University and a JD from Washington College of Law.
