Mia is responsible for capital formation strategy as well as the execution of new investment opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining Primary Digital, Mia was a Vice President at Ferment from 2022-2024, responsible for the sourcing and execution of new investment opportunities and capital formation. Before her tenure at Ferment, Mia was a Vice President at Biospring Partners (growth equity) and Associate at New Mountain Capital (private equity).
Mia graduated from Duke University with a BA in Political Science and a Certificate in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (cum laude distinction). Mia also obtained her MBA from Harvard Business School.
