Patrick is responsible for supporting the financial analysis and execution of new investment opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining Primary Digital, Patrick was an Associate at PGIM Real Estate on the acquisitions team, where he was responsible for the due diligence and underwriting process. During his tenure at PGIM, Patrick contributed to over $2.2 billion in closed transactions across joint venture and preferred equity investments.
Patrick graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
